- Reviews: your name, city, machine, rating and review text. Your mobile number is optional and is never shown on the website.
- Calls and WhatsApp: when you contact us, we see your number and messages.
- Technical data: your IP address and browser details, used only for security (blocking spam and attacks).
- Analytics cookies: if enabled, Google Analytics and Meta (Facebook) measure how visitors use the site. They do not tell us who you are.
Why we use it
Only to reply to your enquiry, share prices and quotations, arrange demos, deliver and service your machine, show genuine customer reviews, and keep the website safe. We do not sell or rent your data to anyone.
Who can see it
Only our team members who handle enquiries. Our hosting provider stores the data on our behalf. Analytics providers (Google, Meta) receive anonymous usage data when analytics is enabled.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept while we are in touch with you and for our business records, and are deleted when no longer needed. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
How we protect it
